The Woolly Bully is not a gimmick! I’ve never had so much leftover charcoal while smoking a brisket! Have as of late been leftover with at least half my coals and some wood on a 12 hour smoke! Wild!

First I want to say thank you for the fast and easy delivery to Germany.
I only used it once by now but I can already say: Amazing. There are two things to point out.
1. For the first use I did some chicken wings. Therefore I poured a three quarter chimney worth of lid briquettes into the Slow N Sear. After the cook I must say that a half chimney would have been way enough. The Woolly Bully holds the heat that great, with the heat the grill reached with a three quarter chimney it would have been possible to bake a pizza.
2. The convection heat is getting much better. After only 20 Minutes ( without the Woolly Bully it always took at least 30 Minutes ) I had the best coloured and crispiest wings of my life.
So far I'm very happy with the purchase. Looking foreward to do some St. Louis Style Ribs on upcoming Thursday.

This cover was very well built, it fit very seamlessly on my 26" kettle. The grill heats up to temp in half the time. I smoked some burnt ends in 0-5 degrees F weather and I had to keep closing the air down because of how much the heat was being retained. I used 1/2 of the charcoal I typically use for a longer smoke. I would highly recommend this product, totally changed how my grill acted for the better.
