After a long period of hesitation, I finally decided to purchase the Woolly Bully, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was quick, and installation was simple and hassle-free.
Especially during the winter and spring months, this is a real upgrade for the Weber Kettle. I use it together with the Onlyfire ceramic insert, and the combination works exceptionally well. The temperature remains very stable, and charcoal consumption is significantly reduced, allowing for much longer cooking sessions.
Thanks to this setup, I've been able to prepare a wide variety of dishes with ease, without constantly worrying about maintaining a consistent temperature. It makes low-and-slow cooking much more enjoyable and stress-free.
What impressed me even more was the customer service. Whenever I had a question, Max and Audrey responded quickly with clear, personal, and helpful answers. That level of communication makes for a very positive customer experience.
Both the product and its creators deliver exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend the Woolly Bully to anyone looking to get more out of their Weber Kettle.
